Booking Terms and CONDITIONS

EXPRESS CHECK-IN: You can save time at check-in by authorising us to charge the balance of accommodation to your supplied credit card on the morning of your arrival. Then at check-in all you will need to provide is photo ID and sign in. To take advantage of this service please reply to this email.
Normal check-in time is 3pm - earlier check-in may be available however cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Terms & Conditions (brief)
Your deposit is equivalent to 1 night of your total rental/accommodation cost. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to Arrival Date will incur an administration fee equivalent to 20% the deposit paid.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to Arrival Date will incur an administration fee equivalent to 100% the deposit paid .i.e. loss of full deposit paid (1 nights rental).

Should you anticipate arriving, or have a scheduled arrival time, after 9pm it may be necessary for us to provide you with access to our After Hours Key Safe to let yourself in. Please contact us if you are arriving After Hours.

Departure time is no later than 10am unless prior written confirmation is received from Management. Late check-out fees may apply. Check-outs after 1pm may incur another nights accommodation.

Lanai Apartments is a "No Smoking" complex. Smoking is NOT permitted in apartments or common areas. Breach of this policy may result in additional fees being required to be charged.
